A referral is not required, but we do appreciate introductions from current Guilders or Founders. If you have a referral code, please include it in your application.

Yes. Profile Members can apply to upgrade to Guilder Membership at any time. The review process for upgrading focuses on your engagement with the platform and readiness for Residence usage.

Once your membership is active, you can book stays through the 'Residence' tab in your dashboard. Guilders and Founders have priority access.

Stays include access to the private suite, shared atelier, kitchen, and common areas. Guilder Membership includes 12 nights per year at no additional room charge (service fees may apply).

Guests are permitted depending on your membership tier and the specific booking type (e.g., full rental vs. single room). Please check the specific house rules for the Nagano Residence.
