Yes. NDA can be signed at the initial consultation stage. All participants (Studio99 and assigned Guilders) will be bound by the same confidentiality agreement.
Who owns the rights to the deliverables?+
Rights are clearly defined in the project agreement. Typically, full rights transfer to the client upon final payment, with usage rights for portfolio display by creators (subject to approval).
Why doesn't MIRR let companies post directly to /projects?+
MIRR curates and edits requirements into structured MIRR Calls to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with our creator network. This curation process increases project success rates and matches the right talent to each brief.
How are Guilders selected?+
Through a combination of open applications (Pro Guilders only) and MIRR's targeted recommendations based on project requirements. A shortlist of 3-7 candidates is presented for final selection.
Can we change scope mid-project?+
Yes. Scope changes are managed through MIRR's project tracking system. Additional work is quoted separately, and all changes are logged and agreed upon before proceeding.
When will Guild Residence be available for business use?+
Guild Residence is currently under renovation. Business use (shoots, retreats, production stays) will be available from the soft opening phase (Q3 2025, planned). Until then, we focus on MIRR Call production services.
What is Studio99's role?+
Studio99 serves as the production partner and quality guarantor. They lead production, manage quality gates, and ensure deliverables meet the agreed standards. Guilders are assigned based on specific skill requirements.
What budget range should we expect?+
Production budgets vary by scope. MIRR direction fee is typically 15-25% of production budget. Setup fees (¥300k-¥800k) apply to complex projects. We can work with your budget range to propose the best approach.
