By accessing or using the MIRR platform, applying for membership, or using the Guild Residence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership & Eligibility

MIRR is a curated community. Membership is granted based on an application review process.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during the application.
• Membership is non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• Members must be at least 18 years of age.

3. User Conduct

We expect all members to uphold high standards of professional and personal conduct.

• Respect the privacy and intellectual property of other members.
• Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
• Use the Guild Residence responsibly and adhere to all house rules.
• Do not use the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation or spam.

4. Intellectual Property

Your work remains yours. MIRR respects creator ownership.

• You retain full ownership of the content you create and upload to your profile.
• By posting content, you grant MIRR a license to display and promote it within the platform and for community purposes.
• MIRR retains ownership of the platform design, code, brand assets, and AI-generated structural templates.

5. Guild Residence Usage

Access to the Guild Residence is subject to availability and specific booking terms.

• Bookings must be made through the official MIRR platform.
• Cancellations and changes are subject to the cancellation policy provided at booking.
• Members are liable for any damage caused to the Residence during their stay.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain memberships and services require payment of fees.

• Membership fees (Entrance, Annual, Monthly) are billed according to the selected plan.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change fees with reasonable notice to members.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership if you violate these Terms.

• You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings.
• Upon termination, your access to the platform and Residence privileges will cease.
• We reserve the right to revoke membership for conduct detrimental to the community.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

MIRR provides services 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
